Job Description
A Bartender at metrobar is both the primary engine of fulfilling guest beverage orders and also a provider of hospitality for our guests. A Bartender is expected to be a leader of the team in demonstrating good customer service, work ethic, speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Execute craft cocktails and other beverages quickly and consistently.
Maintain clean and organized workspace and inventory
Responsibly handle guest payments and order processing.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Provide excellent hospitality and customer service.
Demonstrate good teamwork and leadership with colleagues.

Minimum of one year bartending experience.
Valid certification of completion of a Washington, DC ABC Board-approved alcohol awareness training program.
Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.
Ability to perform light lifting and manual labor, go up and down stairs.
Conversational English fluency.
