Responsibilities
- Maintenance of on-site appliances, furniture, hardware, etc...
- General cleaning and tidiness, watering plants
- Moving and organization of materials, furniture & seasonal equipment.
- Other site-related tasks as needed

Requirements
- Able to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs
- Can climb a ladder
- Handy with basic tools, screwdriver, hammer, drill, pressure washer, propane heaters
- Good organizational skills
